Administration of day to day operations of the Riley Purgatory Bluff Creek Watershed District.- Serve as the direct representative of the Board of Managers with authority to address day-to-day issues.- Implement policies and carry out Board of Manager Action- Provide guidance to the Board of Managers, giving them the best available information to make thoughtful, science based decisions.- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all District mattersManagement of District Financials- Preparation and management of budgets- Preparation of monthly treasurer's report for Board review and approval- Grant administration and tracking- Oversight and maintenance of accounts payable and receivable- Identify and secure fundingProject Management- Implementation of the District project and programs as identified in 10-year plan and directed by the Board of Managers- Work with other agencies to foster partnerships and to obtain appropriate permissions.Planning- Prepare and implement District plans including but not limited to the Comprehensive10-year Watershed Plan, UAA, feasibility studies, etc.- Identify partnerships with member communities and other organizations- Review local water management plans for compliance with MN Statute 103- Develop annual reportsEmployee Supervision and Management
