At Victory For Veterans we have a simple mission, Restoring Hope and Purpose to our Veterans. Suicide is not always triggered by combat, more times it is triggered by a loss of worth and purpose. The main contributor to this is not being able to provide for your family. We have numerous programs and are adding more to help the whole Vet find this again.

Launched ETAC Inc, usveteranjobs.com, to provide a comprehensive program for US Veterans to transition into high-salary IT Careers leveraging Cisco technologies, sills and certifications. Created the first of its kind, nationwide IT Apprenticeship approved by the Department of Labor and Veterans Affairs.

Our goal, to unite patriotic Americans in a unique way. We are building a community of Americans that share ideas, share business, take care of our first responders and Veterans and stand for what our grandparents believed.

Start-up focused on bringing products to market to help special needs and at risk infants in infant ICUs. Veteran ran and focused.

Restructured the company and initiated a re-branding effort to focus the vision around CCIE training. Functioned as interim CEO during a 14-month merger evaluation period. At the end of the evaluation the decision was made to continue ETAC as a sole entity and grow the Veteran Apprenticeship outside of NC-Expert. Managed sales team, budgeting, forecasting and overall strategic direction of the company during the re-branding efforts. Co-authored several CCIE wireless courses. Grew corporate and government relationships to expand sales base.

Created strategic go to market programs for Cisco across global theaters, verticals and product lines. Including Data Center, Wireless, and Enterprise Switching. Authored several dynamic sales enablement programs including an EMEAR wide Cisco TV presentation with regional leaders. Rapidly produced agile programs with global significance that impacted the current quarter and produced immediate ROI.

Influenced and guided the corporate vision and strategy; held Line of Business responsibilities. Impacted the growth of the company to $20M+ in annual revenues. Authored and facilitated global sales enablement programs including Test Drives, Application Business Relevance (ABR), Borderless Networks, Virtual Experience Infrastructures (VXI) and numerous go to market events. The success of the program gave Cisco a 30:1 ROI when using training to generate revenue and accelerate the close of deals.

Regional responsibility for all pre-sales engineering and design in support of targeted sales revenues of $140M, maintained hire/fire authority, managed employee expense accounts, travel and performance reviews of a 15-person account management team that was distributed across the United States and Canada.

Managed all infrastructure engineering and architecture globally. Responsible for five major data center designs all leveraging Cisco solutions, including one of the most advanced and earliest deployments of UCS and Nexus. Beta tested numerous solutions including Nexus1K, ACE, UCS and Nexus 5000 / 7000.

Responsible for a politically sensitive project that was cross-departmental in nature. Acted as a liaison and advisor for the External Connectivity department. Responsible for vendor review and management. Project was within the Foreign Exchange Line of Business and spanned globally. Interaction spanned from department engineers to Executive Directors.

Responsible for a $30M data center budget; coordinated vendor orders, aided in discount negotiation and managed a senior project team of 6 expert-level engineers. Maintained a 97% on-time rate. Responsible for design decisions that directly led to a $11M savings.

Lead developer and instructor for Global Knowledge’s Advanced IP Multicast course; developed a full scope of classroom lab exercises implementing IP Multicast on Cisco routers and switches. Instructed Senior Engineers from companies such as Verizon, ATT, Cisco and other Fortune level corporations in the Tri-State area. • Served six years reaching Non-Commissioned Officer Rank of Staff Sergeant as a TACP. Responsible for Close Air Support missions with the US Army. • Senior US Air Force Liaison to Army, Navy, Marine and Foreign Military groups, advised on appropriate use of Air Force firepower during combat operations in Bosnia. Interfaced directly with Generals during Joint Military Operations, conducted several training exercises with Foreign Military leaders to improve their methods of Close Air Support. • Lead a 5-man team into combat operations within Bosnia; evaluated several government trials for new targeting systems, UHF, VHF, HF, FM and SATCOMM radio systems.• Developed a global tracking system for the Unit-level Training Program, tracked over 300 individual tasks that each airman had to certify annually, utilized a DOS based program. Implemented the first LAN based computer network utilizing Cisco and 3Com hardware.
