My priority as Director of Value Creation is leading the execution and conversion of DVC investments that will ultimately contribute the creation of skills, knowledge and economical activity for Qatar. Prior to this role, I accumulated nearly two decades of experience, primarily in advising and executing best practices for Government Foreign Direct Investment attraction in Free Zones and Special Economic Areas (SEA). I was proud to be the leader of IDI's team of cross-discipline consultants for the Qatar Freezone, advising the leadership on best practices of FDI strategy development across a broad spectrum from departmental structures and KPI setting, talent development (& training), stakeholder engagement, Freezone Marketing, and onboarding execution processes across company registration, licensing, regulatory requirements and after care. My experience is tested and proven through hands-on experience in leading 100+ investments into Freezone / SEA areas, from assisting with early market-entry planning, government board approvals, regulatory compliance, aftercare and factory expansions.
