Our blended learning approach delivers relevant and relatable content, to increase rates of transference and skill acquisition. Our ability to change highly sensitive and resistant audiences of diverse natures/backgrounds/attitudes puts us in good stead to work with any type of organisation. Our goal for all our clients is to create inspired and effective leaders, motivated teams and individuals and more productive organisations and communities. We have invested in cutting-edge research-based program development, learning and assessment strategies which all point to building a strong foundation. By priming our clients with a high performance mindset, as a foundation, their teams will be:• focused on the success of their peers and themselves• possess resilient behavioural strengths, and as a result• increasingly engaged, productive and able to perform under pressure. We’re on a growth trajectory and our focus is to optimise our marketing and sales processes to scale the operation into new sectors including SME’s. We have a unique proposition of a very structured coaching business (10X) of which the rich IP has been mapped to an accredited Diploma in Business. We have applied for VET Fee Help and if approved, will allow us to expand deeper into the SME market as well as B2C.Day to day I provide leadership, advocate the delivery of quality VET and insure that we comply with all the RTO Standards. Ensuring a risk approach that relates to succession planning in all areas of the operation.BSI Learning has incorporated 10X Business Coaching as a division within the BSIL structure - an obvious fit as 10X has been mapped to a Diploma in Business. -

Chief Operating OfficerTown Sports International May 2012 - Dec 2013Greater New York City AreaA listed company on the NASDAQ and operates out of the four major metropolitan markets in the NE of the USA; NYC, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington DC. With a 160 fitness clubs with annual revenues in excess of USD 500 million. Investor dimension:The share price grew from c.$8 per share to over $14 per share during my tenure. This was primarily due to the introduction of additional revenue streams. Although the complexity of the business grew with additional channels, the cross selling and upselling through these channels had a significant impact on the company’s performance.I streamlined the operating processes to make them more efficient and thereby decreasing operating costs too. I was able to use best practices I’d learned to support the efficiencies across the entire operating division.Member dimension:Instrumental in incorporating more efficient processes through the operationalizing of a new CRM process that allowed a more focused approach to member engagement as well as business analytics – an imperative to manage a membership base of c.400,000.Introduced a B2B division into the Manhattan market focused on gaining high value corporations and penetrating deeper into the organisations without offering deep discounts. Introduced an internal sales team that grew the revenues with cross-selling and upselling of a number of different membership offerings. Employee dimension:Staff engagement and retention was very low. Using my coaching leadership style I worked tirelessly to shift the senior management’s leadership style away from ‘command and control’. The staff retention at management level improved during my tenure. I received great feedback from my 360 reviews, and my leadership of the operational teams yielded improved success with employee retention.o Build and provide consistent learning and development programso Managed day-to-day operations with an effective, action-orientated approach. -

My responsibility reached across 21 countries in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia: totaling 540 wholly-owned clubs and >1 million members. Group revenues (2011) were c.USD1.2 billion. My objectives were to:- Share best practices across the geographies;- Increase revenues through: * Strategies to improve the members' experience during and after the sales process; * Create and build new sales channels; * Focused on yield management, price revisions and product mix; * Tail management: strategies to improve the performance of underperforming clubs; * Tirelessly drove to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, morale and retention; * Continuous review of employee compensation, reward and recognition.- Managed cost actions without compromising on L&D, recruiting and marketing.- Innovative ways of building L&D programs to attract new employees, improve competence and build sucession.Prior to my global role, I was the COO for the Australian subsidiary (2000 - 2008). In this role I was responsible for all club operations. This was a dynamic growth phase for the company resulting in rapid growth of new clubs and acquisitions.
