Managed the geotechnical instrumentation program for the Crenshaw to LAX segment of LA Metro's rail transit construction program as well as coordinate all field activities related to installation, data collection and reporting for the Regional Connector segment. Interfaced with contractor and Metro personnel as well as maintained an automated, web-based, real-time monitoring system to ensure that data was collected, reported and interpreted properly.

Engineering duties include supervisory-level geotechnical oriented field, laboratory and analytical services including sub-surface investigations, in-situ testing, slope stabilization as well as on-site consultation during construction on geotechnical related issues. Managed the firm's activities on various projects involving geotechnical instrumentation including the installation and monitoring of a variety of instruments. Coordination of work with clients, subcontractors, agencies and other principals; cost analysis and feasibility; preparation of specifications; construction management duties. Served as Radiation Safety Officer overseeing the use and maintenance of the firm's nuclear density gauges as well as the training and monitoring of personnel using the equipment.

Coordinated the project wide instrumentation monitoring for the Central Artery / New Habour Tunnel project in Boston Massachusetts; Supervised crew of 16 technicians monitoring 3800-4000 instruments on up to 27 active construction sites; Responsible for scheduling, collection, processing and reporting of geotechnical data on a daily basis.
