Work directly with NHA project technical engineers as well as customers to advise and address issues that surface during project phase. Provide direct technical support to branch transformation customers needing help with issues involving their IT topography, infrastructure, and applications. Responsibilities• Provide technical advice and support to NuSource Project Managers overseeing branch transformation projects• Support Branch Transformation customers with technical issues involving their IT topography, infrastructure, and applications. • Provide technical support to Level 2 Technical Engineers as needed. • Develop and manage technical documentation as needed to support field technicians and customers. • Develop and deliver technical training curriculum to ensure field force is knowledgeable and prepared. • Manage software upgrades and sure they are easily downloadable for field personnel.
