I have recently graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelors of Science in Health Services Administration with a minor in Health Promotion. Over the course of my undergraduate career, I have worked as a manager for a local franchise of McDonald's. Throughout the course of my final year at college, I will continue to successfully manage a crew at McDonald's and offer my services as the treasurer of the Chico Health Administration Club at Chico State.My coworkers, classmates, and instructors would describe me as a hardworking, committed, and motivated person that is willing to thrive as a part of any team. I have dedicated years to running a crew of people at work, and continue to offer my leadership skills during my studies. Speaking publicly and motivating others to work are some of my best skills when working within a team. I graduated in May 2024 and I plan on pursuing a career in Human Resources for health services. I am excited to pursue a degree where I can continue to work with the amazing people that make a healthcare organization successful, while also working to create a better workplace culture for the organization.
