I was fortunate to retire from John Deere Financial after a highly accomplished and dedicated career. I served in several cross-functional positions with increasing levels of responsibility. My early experiences were in the area of Consumer and Commercial Credit Underwriting. My experiences broadened to leadership roles in Marketing, Financial Analytics and Credit Pricing. The last 10+ years I provided Business Transformation Leadership on small to very large strategic business transformation, business system replacement, process improvement and functional enhancement projects to $100M+.Specialties: Business System and Process Transformation, Credit Pricing, Financial Analysis and Modeling, Strategic Project Leadership, Employee Development and Engagement, Credit Underwriting, Equipment Lending and Leasing, Team Building, Project Management, Problem Solving, Financial and Business AcumenAfter a highly successful career demonstrated through extensive career progression with John Deere.
