•Site lead and US based design center procurement lead for SAP tool•Managed business relationships and processes with local quick turn electrical prototype contract manufacturers (CM). •Responsible for supplier sourcing, business processes, contracts and relationships with local CM’s that were used by three separate design centers. •Worked across divisional and organizational boundaries in three divisions of Inkjet products to consolidate processes and local EE quick turn builds. This was driven by significant reductions in HP staff and was accomplished with minimal disruptions to deliveries and quality levels.•Implemented a supplier evaluation program (TQRDC) with all primary CM’s. Involved capturing quantitative and subjective data and sharing that information with the CM as well as a mechanism for our suppliers to provide feedback to HP.•Transitioned 98% of local EE component purchasing from two HP divisions to the CM allowing key HP resources to focus on a few critical components.
