I have been in the mortgage industry since 2009, exclusively underwriting for the last 7 years. I have held my FHA DE designation for 5 years and my VA LAPP designation for 4 years. In addition to all standard agency products I also decision jumbos, non-QM, and a wide variety of DPA/bond products. I have underwriting experience in more than 40 states; I also complete the appraisal underwrite on all loans in my pipeline. I am an independent worker, requiring little to no hand holding. I can expertly interpret and apply any set of program guidelines. I love to be the one given the challenge of underwriting new product offerings. I have a customer-centric mindfulness that I bring to the table. I never forget that there is a person or a family at the heart of each loan.
