As Project Manager and Hydraulic Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Her focus was on feasibility study implementation and the design of flood-risk reduction projects, with an emphasis on environmental stewardship and social responsibility for California’s streams and watersheds. She’s worked on multiple large scale civil works projects, with budgets up to $105,000,000. She has significant experience in ecosystem restoration, water management, planning, design and large construction projects. At the Corps of Engineers she guided multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, scientist, economists and planners to establish well thought out solutions, on-time and on-budget. Terry had reputation for building successful partnerships and is confident collaborating with stakeholders. She consistently received some of the highest Customer Survey scores as project manger and was repeatedly acknowledged for her professionalism, responsiveness and dedication.
