As an executive leadership and strategy consultant, Terry strives to blend local and global academic thought leadership with extensive practical experience. He also has access to a wide network of specialist institutions (such as business schools), consultants and academics that he frequently calls on and combines to create customised solutions for clients.After 20 years in the private sector, learning what makes corporates tick from the inside, Terry took his lessons to the academic and consulting spheres. He taught at Wits Business School for 8 years and has been the owner of Leadership SA since 2002. Primarily, Terry acts as a consultant, academic, author and keynote speaker, focusing on the areas of strategy and organisational design, leadership, human capital strategy and sustainability strategy.
