Hand selected by the Chief Science Officer to head the scientific and technology mission of Research Technology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, among the top 5 comprehensive cancer centers within the United States. With a dual report to the Chief Science Officer and the Chief Information Officer, directed a diverse group of members spanning support, data center, and informatics. At DFCI boasts research constituents numbering approximately two thousand, among roughly two hundred various research programs within a dozen departments.

Selected to direct the genetics core facility purposed with identifying cutting edge technology and techniques used in molecular biology, which includes but is not limited to next generation sequencing, expression arrays, and targeted genomic and transcriptomic platforms. As directed a staff of five, and facilitated novel discovery in basic, translational, and clinical inquiries whose scope range from large cohort studies to molecular consequence.

Selected to lead the strategic development and automation of technology, and results analysis in support of the Microarray Core Facility. Reporting to the director, implemented infrastructure plan as well as consulted on informatics development, processes, and results interpretation.
