Directed the membership and marketing program for a more than 12K-member professional association, and generated and integrated our membership and marketing strategy to support daily operations. From 2008-2017, also the directed business development program.My actions secured consistent growth and increase retention, as I was able to organize and spearhead our association marketing including membership, conferences, and additional programming. I additionally targeted non-dues revenue through partnerships and grants. I managed five direct reports and communicated ongoing department progress to our Chief Operating Officer. Crafted and enacted a strategic marketing and business development plan while in the position of Director of Membership and Development, and increased enrolled corporate members to ultimately reach more than 80 chapters globally.I additionally administered our global chapter network and developed new regional bureaus in Africa and Latin America. This allowed me to recruit corporate funding for our annual global conference and educational programs.
