- Assisted company principals in sourcing off-market acquisition opportunities through both comprehensive and focused property research on costar and public records for target markets and locations.- Analyzed 500+ properties across retail, office, industrial, and multifamily asset classes in determining and comparing current market value, stabilized market value (for value-add), and potential land residual for new development.- Developed and utilized a simple excel levered cash flow model to quickly evaluate properties for both potential development acquisitions and for potential existing multi-family value-add strategies. Analyses included project level operations for net operating income, acquisition cap rate, developer return on cost, IRR, and gross equity multiple.- Developed a comprehensive US multifamily market research model and submarket analysis utilized for determining locations for potential acquisitions.
