Created a business case to organize academia, technical partners and industrial entities and moved a conceptual idea to commercialization. Wrote a business plan, and offered a private placement memorandum to set business, technical and financial targets. Responsibilities included:Organized and guided Technology groups in the creation of a multiport energy harvesting device which harvests energy from the grid during low cost periods, solar or wind, stores the energy and push the stored energy on the consumer grid during peak cost periods of electricity.Created business case to design a conversion kit to convert ICE to all electric vehicles that could travel 100 miles and would reduce a fleet vehicle cost from $.30/ mile to $.03/ mile. Negotiated relationships, agreements and contracts with technological and financial partners to align market/sales forecasts and technical resources to company budgetary commitments.

Directed innovated engineering division and sub contractors in creating new inventions using wireless technologies. Accountability included administrating company's resources while executing contract agreements with vendors and customers. Projects designed were:$4.25M Oil and gas exploration tool that utilizes radar over fiber optics to map a fracture for size and location that could save $100k per well bore and add new information of gas and oil deposits that could yield large revenues. $350K project for Prison Security phone verification system, which consisted of a reader in the phone that would read a custom RFID tag on the inmate's wrist to verify the identification and would save an average of $150k/ month per prison facilities from disputed phone calls that the inmates initiated.$300K Child's safety seat, which consisted of a transmitter / receiver that would check if the child was in the seat and the safety s buckle was secured.

Created and developed $3M company that provided numerous imaging technologies to Direct Mail, label and data processing companies, both nationally and internationally. Operations accountability included developing a business plan, to substantiate loans and partnerships. Directed technical design team to fabricate turnkey imaging solutions implemented around specialized applications such as advertising that included a cashable checks or lottery tickets. Developed international relationships and provided product support on software and imaging products, which created and sales in South and Central Americas. Key accomplishments:$1.5 M turnkey printing solution for Direct mail application; which included advertising and promotional mailings with sensitive data. System could print 60 meters per minute duplex.$600K / year printer maintenance organization's (that included electronic and mechanical repair plus software / firmware upgrades) business goals of the company, customer and service technician were aligned to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while optimizing system operation.$500K international sales, application implementation of high speed magnetography imaging turnkey solution and consumable in Uruguay.Created imaging solution to print critical space shuttle program listings, which required modification of software and electronic interfaces to provide redundancy and support
