CurrentI am a business litigation attorney specializing in all forms of business-related civil litigation, including - but not limited to - real estate, corporate, construction, wrongful discharge and discrimination matters. I was a litigation specialist in a West Michigan private practice for 16 years. My practice covers a wide range of litigation matters arising in state and federal court, as well as administrative and arbitration tribunals. I am also a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel and is a State Court certified Facilitative Mediator.
