I served as Executive Director for Vital Options International and was responsible for rebranding the logo and website, writing all grants and proposals, meeting with sponsors and potential funders, and continuing to develop content. During my tenure we continued and expanded the organization's flagship panel discussions, Advocacy in Action -- and developed a new interview series, Vital Conversations and began a much more robust written content execution with Vital Item of the Day and other relevant commentary important to patients and their families.

During Wilcox's time at G4 she was responsible for oversight of all talent relations and booking for Attack of the Show, Filter, Icons as well as the specials Video Game Vixens and G-Phoria.

In this position Wilcox worked closely with TV Land President, Larry W. Jones as well as the network’s executives across all departments. Her professional involvement included booking and coordinating more than 50 celebrities for the first TV Land Awards: A Celebration of Classic Television, as well as talent acquisition responsibilities for the Nick at Nite Holiday Special, several network upfront events and five summer and winter Television Critics Association presentations.Additionally, Wilcox coordinated talent on behalf of the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation, Lifetime Television, Vh-1’s The List and I Love the 80’s, Creative Arts Emmy Awards, Edelman Worldwide Public Relations, Marshall Fields and Cairns and Associates. With Cairns & Associates, she headed an unprecedented celebrity t-shirt decorating campaign for the Make-A-Wish Foundation that included participation by George Clooney, Ben Affleck, Susan Sarandon and Whoopi Goldberg.

At Chezzam Entertainment Group Wilcox served as casting director and event manager for this Long Island-based company. The major events she managed include the launch of the Ford Taurus at Radio City Music Hall (with Aretha Franklin), the Olympic Torch Lighting Ceremony in New York City as well as numerous events of all sizes for corporations such as Abbott Labs and Cablevision in locales across the nation.
