As CEO and Board Director at CTI Foods, was brought in by the creditors to turn around a $1 billion foodservice supplier facing bankruptcy and customer losses. Working with the Board, we quickly cut 28% of HQ overhead, revamped leadership at five of six manufacturing facilities, and led a $24 million EBITDA turnaround while stabilizing liquidity. I spearheaded and completed the board's strategic planning process, recruited new COO, CFO and SVP Commercial executives and launched new QSR products that added $16 million in annual EBITDA.In September 2024 I made a difficult decision to leave CTI and accept the CEO role at $2.3 billion TriMarkUSA. CTI Foods’ Chairman then invited me to remain on the CTI Board. The Board accepted my recommendation to promote my long time CFO and COO to CEO and President of CTI respectively.

Consolidated operations by closing one plant and acquiring another, transforming four facilities into a $400 million co-manufacturing, private label, and foodservice leader. Over four years, doubled revenues and increased EBITDA margins by 8.75%. Led the acquisition of Frozen Specialties Inc. and tripled its EBITDA within two years.

As CEO and President of Brachs Confections, successfully turned around the company’s unprofitable $320 million North American confections business. Reporting to the CEO and Board, drove 23% core growth, restructured operations, opened a new plant in Mexico, and outsourced 30% of production to Argentina. Raised EBITDA by 650 basis points, leading to the successful sale of Brachs to L Catterton Partners’ Farley’s, delivering a strong capital gain.
