Through my proprietary coaching system and personal commitment to helping others, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the success of hundreds of businesses, from small startups to large ventures.My business journey began in 1979, when I invested my last $118.42 to start an AC service business. With no vehicle but armed with knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships, I persevered. By 1983, I was nominated as a top 5 candidate for Businessman of the Year. In 1984, I was honored as Young Businessman of the Year for the State of Florida.By 1985, having achieved success in my business and gained recognition as a leader in the business community, I started mentoring other small business owners. In 1989, I developed my own business success program, drawing from my experiences and insights from some of my favorite business books, including E-Myth by Michael E. Gerber, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, and The Art of War by Sun Tzu. The success of this program led to my recruitment by UniGlobe Active Travel in 1992, where I served as Director of Operations and quickly transformed a store into a $2.5 million travel agency. I later expanded the program nationally to improve performance across the organization.In 1994, I became a founding team member of EXA Travel in Miami, taking on the role of Director of Training. The organization started with 11 regional offices and, within two years, grew to over 2000 branch offices before going public.Afterward, I took on various partnerships aimed at turning around business performance, including roles at RadioShack, Century 21, and more.
