I serve by leading and developing River Valley NextGen ministries through casting vision, creating ministry systems, and developing a broad and progressive NextGen ministry culture. Specifcally, I have the privilege of overseeing and developing the leads of our Kids, Youth, and Young Adults ministries along with our Leadership Instititue through coaching, personal mentorship, and leadership development.I also serve to develop our internal pipelines for our staff to be further developed, enculturated, and invested in. I do this by creating, developing, and perpetuating strategic ministry systems that both unify and collectively progress each individual for the sake of a unified vision.

I serve as a catalyst and outward-facing voice for NextGen ministries. I function in and across multiple domains within OneHope, touching NextGen Ministry both in North America and Global/Regional Networks through which OneHope aspires to catalyze and actualize their V2030 Common Agenda objectives (Vision 2030). I also serve as an external liaison responsible for guiding the facilitation and development of partner/network strategies for both North America and Global Communities as a champion for fruitful NextGen ministry.

I serve E21's NextGen efforts by helping to catalyze connectivity and create spaces for the Holy Spirit to empower this generation towards missional collaboration in order to fulfill the mission of Empowered21 in 2033. I do this through forming a network of Regional NextGen leaders that are multi-ethnic, gender-inclusive, and broad in denominational/movement representation that gives guidance to the Empowered21 process in our region and globally.Within each regional network, I serve to aid in identifying giftings and resources that provide platforms for these unique contributions to be shared within the global church. These platforms address the crucial issues facing the 21st-century Spirit-empowered church such as unity, cultural and social impact, scripture engagement, and reaching unreached peoples with the goal of witnessing greater convergence and collaboration of Spirit-empowered ministries around the world.
