As the Director of Human Resources & Payroll, I lead the development and direction of all necessary policies and activities to support an effective working and training environment that prioritizes the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the workforce. Oversee and direct all initiatives falling under the umbrella of Human Resources and Payroll including payroll administration, talent management, performance management, benefits programs, and organization design and development.
