With my skills acquired in the military to adapt to any environment and to work well with a team, to working as a sales representative. I began to acquire new tech skills after becoming a service desk analyst. I wanted a career that I know I would be highly motivated and successful in, and also to make a difference. l attended ACI Learning Company for Information Technology and Cyber Security courses through the Computer User Support Specialist (CUSS) and Information Security Analyst (ISA) programs. Courses included PeopleCert ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+, and EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). I plan to acquire more certifications over the next few months. Certifications such as CEH, CYSA+,CASP+,CISSP.
