An accomplished and professional leader, Terry possesses a diverse range of skills developed over >20 years experience in defence industry. Focused on developing business strategies, coordinating strategic plans, managing competing customer demands to ultimately deliver successful operational outcomes, Terry is a leader with a transformative yet participative style that encourages continuous growth, driven by inputs from the people he leads. Terry's career has led to his most recent appointment as the acting Head of Industry Engagement for Boeing Australia where he is responsible for the direction of the industry engagement team in support of campaigns, programs and business operations and leading industry engagement activities with strategic suppliers. Prior to this he had progressed quickly in several roles within the Boeing industry engagement team, most notably as the Airpower Teaming System AIC Manager. Before joining Boeing, Terry spent eight years at GE Aviation, leading supply chain activities for military aviation operations in Australia and providing world class technical and customer support as a Field Service Engineer for customers across the ANZ region. Terry is a veteran and carries a passion for ensuring our men and women in uniform are supported to perform their duty and provided pathways for a bright future beyond service.
