• Developed the 6=1 management rule; united historically splintered branches with shared sales, product inventory, service objectives, etc. resulting in a rapid response to customers’ needs throughout the Northeast. • Developed, launched Convenience Pack, the company’s 1st Value Added Product, still marketed today as the Café Pack; VAPS Regional revenue grew from $934k per month (2016) to $1.83m in 11/2018.• In 2011 the Auburn, Maine branch was presented to Board of Directors showcasing a 30% increase in profit.

Greater St. Louis Area

Promoted and relocated to St. Louis with responsibility for St. Louis, Tulsa, and Kansas City branches as well as Scotsman’s only Utility branch which sold specialized pole, reel, and pull behind trailers.• Awarded 2008 Best Return on Investment (against 20 competing territories); 2008 was last year of this award.• Initiated exclusive union set crew partnership which provided a distinct market advantage (customer responsiveness and set-up speed).• Grew St. Louis Branch units on rent from approximately 300 to 900 in 5 years; more than tripling revenue.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Recruited to turnaround underperforming Dallas branch; in 2000 assumed responsibility for the Austin branch.• Awarded 2001 Best Return on Investment for the Dallas branch (against 40 competing branches).• Following the acquisition of Spacemaster in 1999, managed staff integration (30 employees), unit rebranding & refurbishment, and consolidated 3 branches under one location (completed in record time). • Set and achieved sales goal of doubling the Austin branch’s units on rent.• Joined Scotsman after 3 years as Operations Manager with key regional competitor, SPACEMASTER.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Promoted from part-time facilities maintenance (during college) to Property Manager with responsibility for facilities maintenance & renovation (3 shopping centers, 10+ apartment complexes, 200 single family homes).• Acted as Construction Manager on 5 separate property renovations for Private Equity and Government (HUD) managed properties.
