Following ITW’s acquisition of Binks-Sames / Binks Manufacturing, a $300 million publically traded company, the goal was to break Binks into smaller operating business units, one of which would be established as ITW Industrial Finishing.Highest ranking member of Binks’ management team brought aboard following acquisition. Served on transition team to guide integration and set strategic direction. Led market research, identified niche markets, and oversaw international sales and marketing efforts as well as distributors in Spain, Italy, Germany, Japan, and the Middle East.

Focused on global engineering, sales, and marketing management. Organized Research & Development department into market specific teams.

Responsible for product management, manufacturing and customer service of the Paint Spray Booth and Automated equipment product line for the general industrial and automotive OEM markets. These products generated over $100 million in revenue a year.
