Led change management (Prosci certified) by strategic planning, and organizational development initiatives, resulting in increased engagement and productivity. Developed policies and procedures to make talent and organizational learning collaborative and more efficient. Improved organizations by providing training, organization, and knowledge development for leaders for over 10 years. Led OD and learning across global organizations, enabling cultural diversity and inclusion and cross-organizational results. Worked globally in bilingual HR departments in Mexico, and worked and taught MBA classes in China, Germany, and Kuwait. I have led strategic change and organization development initiatives, identifying competencies: including cross-cultural leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, as a basis for developing training, performance appraisals, succession planning, and talent development. My global experience includes a CEO-sponsored project on working effectively in a global organization, as part of a corporate-wide change process, and the creation of HR/Leader transition policies and procedures in Mexico.
