In my life, I always strive to give my personal best - personal and professional. I have continuously sought out ways for self-improvement, whether it be through education, professional training, mentoring or volunteering, or even on the job experiences. I am open to receiving new projects or experiences that are challenging, because they are opportunities for professional/personal growth and development. I love to work with and mentor individuals, and also, encourage them to be the best they can be, as well. My favorite part about being a manager is that I get to lead a team of superstar employees," with inclusion and creating a culture of belonging. I bring a servant leadership style when working with all constituents. I believe people do not always work solely for income purposes, but they want to feel connected to the organization they work for, as well as be recognized and feel appreciated for their valuable contributions. My goal is to inspire a team to believe in the goals and objectives of the organization; through guiding and mentoring each individual on how best to utilize their talents and skills, which will bring the highest mutual benefit. I believe with this approach, both the organization and individual team members will receive mutually successful investment outcomes. I think my success is based upon those successful outcomes that are promoted and received within my department for the good of the entire organization. A philosophy of care and respect is carried throughout my department and team, not just in my friendships and family. I look forward to meeting the next challenge and opportunity to grow and develop.
