From residential sheds, to luxury beachfront homes, to high rise condominiums, the breadth of his projects are as varied as each individual client. As Project Engineer in the Structural Division, I am currently responsible for executing engineering and design tasks with a high degree of independence, collaborating with my team of staff engineers and drafters as needed to complete our work. I also develop construction documents, calculations, specifications, and technical engineering reports. I coordinate directly with clients from initial points of contact, scope/proposal development, project initiation, and project delivery through close-out documentation.I have thousands of projects worth of experience in steel, concrete, wood, and masonry, and uncommon materials such as aluminum, composites, and cables. Design and drafting is performed in AutoCAD and Revit in addition to many different structural analysis software programs.

• Structural Design: structural design of elements and structures with different materials, such as: concrete, wood, steel, aluminum, and special construction materials. Retrofit of existing structures for code upgrade or change of use purposes.• Structural Assessments: special inspection and evaluation of existing structures for quality assurance, problem detection and/or renovation. Concrete Restoration is one area that we focus on in the Treasure Coast.• Project Management: coordination of schedules and workloads for multiple team members while working with municipalities to complete projects on time and under budget with high customer satisfaction• After the Fact Permits: inspection, plans, and certification of after the fact structures in order to bring a non-compliant structure up to code and properly permitted.
