- Assisted with analysis of existing site plans for campus dormitories, future facility development plans, and programming/construction phasing plans. Performed facility condition assessments of all dormitories in the worldwide US Air Force inventory encompassing 83 major geographically dispersed active Air Force installations (61 installations in the continental US and 22 overseas installations). - Provided facility program management services to Lackland AFB and AFCEE to evaluate, plan and program the replacement and upgrade of the only basic recruit training complex in the Air Force. The overall campus will accommodate production of approximately 45,000 graduates per year. Total scope of the future campus will include approximately 2 million square feet of dormitories and approximately 334,000 square feet of support facilities for a total of approximately 2.3 million square feet with construction estimated at $650 million. - Utilized Air Force Airfield Obstruction Management System (AOMS) to create a deficiency database while conducting an analysis of structural stability and frangibility of airfield obstructions. - Accomplished a condition assessment of 342 military family housing units at Randolph Air Force Base, TX. The assessment included housing units in the Randolph AFB Historic District. The assessment determined the structural condition of the facilities as well as the condition of the heating and air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems within the buildings.

- Led team in writing an environmental assessment for McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP), OK. EA was to establish environmental viability of moving munitions from other depots throughout the US to MCAAP.- Project manager for the Triennial Drinking Water Testing Program for the FAA/Southwest Region. Responsibilities included preparing sample kits, coordinating of individuals taking samples and obtaining results after lab analysis. Also responsible for creating a database to display sample results using Microsoft Access.- Gathered samples and bailed monitoring wells to determine groundwater contamination from leaking underground storage tanks.- Prepared environmental baseline surveys for facilities throughout Nevada and California, assessing missing and collected data.- Managed CERCLA compliance as part of a modified Phase 1 Environmental Due Diligence Audit (EDDA) for the FAA.- Maintained air quality monitoring sites throughout Texas in order for The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to assess the air quality of adjacent areas.

- Created and updated as-built drawings utilizing AutoCAD for a Department of Defense dormitory renovation project, in order to fully assess the current sitemap and improve upon it for future renovations.- Designed site drawings for Phase 1 Environmental Due Diligence Audits (EDDA) at four locations in TX and OK, using Auto CAD.
