Shanahan Management Group consists of a property acquisition team, an in-house construction team, and in-house property management specialists. Today, Shanahan Management Group owns and manages nearly 200 properties in the greater Omaha Metropolitan area and has managed an additional 250 construction projects for other serious investors.
