Project Manager, Coordinator and Consultant for drilling, construction, production work in the oil, gas and pipeline fields. This includes various phases of surface installation work for production facilities with oil wells, gas wells and salt water injection. This work also included installation of Pipeline Facilities, Compressor Stations and Facilities, Liquids Separation and gas treatment for pipeline quality gas. Perform troubleshooting analysis in oil & gas production and production equipment including H2S. Experience includes drilling, completion, fracing and workover of numerous oil and gas wells in East Texas, South Texas, Central Texas, West Texas and parts of Oklahoma and Louisiana.

Prior to 2000, actively consulted and involved with over 50 major and independent oil and gas companies in Texas, Louisiana. Mississippi, Oklahoma, Colorado and Canada. Performed drilling, completion, fracing and facilities installation. Also included construction of over 500 miles of pipelines, and the building of compressor stations and over 5 gas processing facilities for delivering gas to sales markets. Chief Inspector thru QIS Services for 2.1 miles of 8' pipeline lateral to connect to main gathering system for Anadarko Leases.

Recompleting and reworking Oil & Gas Leases in Jefferson and Panola Counties in TX & returning to production.

8/2006-7/2009, Facilities Consultant, Barnett ShaleMoved from Range West Texas Area to Range North Texas Barnett Shale Area as Facilities Consultant. Range was drilling in Barnett Shale with no pipeline infrastructure to deliver gas to pipeline gas markets. Responsible for hiring ROW agents , contract surveyors and pipeline contractors to begin pipeline construction. Also setup a Gas Utility to handle ROW Condemnations in different counties of Texas. Constructed pipeline gathering systems in Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Hill, Hood, Parker and Tarrant Counties. All pipelines permitted and designed to meet Federal Title 49 CFR, Parts 190, 191, 192 and 199. TAC Title 16, Chapter 8 and Pipeline Safety Regulations Chapter 18-Underground Pipeline Damage Prevention and Texas One Call Law.3/2003-8/2006, Consultant for Range Furhman Field, West TexasResponsible for Drilling, Completions and Fracing of two wells per week. Installed facilities for leases and put oil and gas to sales after fracing. Helped raise oil production from 600 bpd to 4000 bpd in Furhman Field.

Reentered Ruby Magness Gas Well for Redwood Energy, California in Madison County Texas, completed in Rodessa Field 8% H2S. Well offset a blowout well drilled in 1944. Recompleted well and received permit from Texas Railroad Commission for testing and flaring well to atmosphere. Used Halliburton High Press Testing and flowed well 8 days testing and flaring to atmosphere. Well flowed 20 MMCFD with CAOF of 176 MMCFD. Coordinate with Hanover Management, Tidewater Compression to build Gas Processing Plant adjacent to lease. Also coordinated with Gateway Energy to build 10+ miles of pipeline for gas sales from gas plant to Lone Star Gas Pipeline.Designed and constructed 20 miles of 6 inch and 4 inch pipeline gathering systems in Marion and Cass Counties Texas for Pegasi Energy, Houston, Texas. Also constructed two compressor stations to deliver gas sales from Travis Peak production to now Duke Energy Pipeline.
