Terry, a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office, brings over 33 years experience as an accountant, auditor and business consultant to his clients’ issues. His specialties include business valuation services and forensic accounting, testifying as an expert witness in Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. Terry is accredited in business valuation (CVA) through the NACVA, and is also accredited in forensic accounting (CFF) through the AICPA.Terry advises business and individual clients on a range of tax issues and opportunities. He also assists clients in contract review and negotiation, and with merger and aquisition structure.Terry spent most of his career as a name partner in the Philadelphia firm of Yampolsky, Mandeloff, Silver & Ryan, prior to its merger with Citrin Cooperman in 2007.He holds a B.A. from LaSalle University and dual certification in public accounting and valuation analysis. He also holds the credential of CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics).Terry is a member of the AICPA, PICPA and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
