Carry out toolbox talks when required to update engineers to any changes to policies or procedures.• Carry out Appraisals, disciplinary procedures and interviewing for all new and existing Installation Engineers.• Complete of Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements • Purchasing• Product and Engineer Audits to ensure staff competency.• Staff training• Completion of all administrational tasks within the Installation Department• Be the single point of contact for all clients and suppliers.• Prepare and oversee all Governing Body Inspections for all of the company departments.

• Internal Company Audits in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Identify areas of non- conformance. Then creating and implement procedures to rectify the issues found. • Maintaining the Company Quality Management System Business and Data Analysis and Produce Detailed Reports of findings to the Managing Director • The implementation of new company processes and procedures in accordance with industry standards where applicable • Assist the Managing Director with any required company structure changes deemed necessary to improve performance and efficiency.• Create monthly cash flow forecasts for the Managing Director• Create monthly Invoicing forecasts for the Managing Director
