Took command of operations overseeing 10 departments/divisions, downsized the labor force, began offloading divisions, grouping assets for sale, selling off labor to generate cash and offload debts to meet various obligations, met with clients to stabilize contracts & and attempt to reenergize projects and resurrect a satisfactory business model that was capable of attracting equity investors in a one-off SPV.

Terry was the Sr. VP of Budgets, Controls, Planning at Arcani Contracting Co Ltd where he was responsible for creating policies, procedures, internal controls and developed business objectives/plans. He led business development, oversaw contractual and commercial negotiations with vendors and directed staff to implement policies and board directives. Development Director at Sama Dubai, LLC Terry managed development and construction of projects valued at $4B, leading a team of 146 including developers, project, design and commercial managers. Organised quarterly meetings with ministers of housing, manpower, municipalities and water, sports and transport/communications.Key Highlights:• Completed $1.3B worth infrastructure including marina with key walls, fuel depot, dredging and filling, perimeter buns, revetments, roads, 132Kv substation, 23 Km 380Kv transmission towers, hotels.• Created 5-year revenue stream projections for room revenues, restaurants, banquet, marina/water-sports, charters, spas, F&B, retail component, international sporting events.
