Took command of operations overseeing 10 departments/divisions, downsized the labor force, began offloading divisions, grouping assets for sale, selling off labor to generate cash and offload debts to meet various obligations, met with clients to stabilize contracts & and attempt to reenergize projects and resurrect a satisfactory business model that was capable of attracting equity investors in a one-off SPV.
