I joined Eastport to direct accounts related to big data analytics initiatives in corporate marketing, international tax compliance, and competitive intelligence. Applying innovative technologies and approaches to assimilate disparate data and redefine decision-making processes, our teams consistently produced substantial, quantitative ROI for commercial and federal clients.- Led go-to-market strategy and partnerships for iConnex– a cloud-based analytic tool that finds connections across large amounts of structured and unstructured data. Capabilities include text mining, full text and faceted search, pattern analysis, and data visualization. - Worked directly with engineers to derive value from client data through iteratively developed prototypes in the legal, pharma, intelligence, and defense space. Acuity was a consulting firm formed to help drive strategic R&D and technology initiatives for a variety of federal agencies. While at Acuity's helm, I advised multiple executive-level clients at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Incorporating comprehensive market analytics with R&D investment strategies, Acuity helped clients assess technology immersion rates, facilitate federal/private joint ventures in emerging tech, and execute creative and highly effective contracting and acquisition plans.While in this role, I maintained numerous clearances: Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), CNWDI, and a variety of subclasses. Acuity's contracts were acquired by CACI.

During my tenure at DARPA, I was responsible for myriad activities related to a suite of artificial intelligence, predictive analysis, and insight extraction programs. Successfully consolidated research, contract management, and financial analysis efforts for the Information Exploitation Office (IXO), earning $4.6M of new business previously held by a direct competitor.Conducted research on extremist proliferation, power transference, narcotics, human trafficking, maritime law, territorial disputes, and regional economic challenges within the Southeast Asian Tri-Border spectrum (Indonesia, Philippians, and Malaysia) and Afghanistan. As part of my analysis, we designed econometric models using R and Lindo/Lingo in combination with bleeding-edge AI software to guide policy and predict intervention outcomes spanning the Political, Military, Economic, Social, Infrastructure, and Information (PMESII) spectrum. As the technology transition lead under the Conflicts Modeling, Planning, and Outcomes Exploration (COMPOEX) program, I was assigned as program representative to US Pacific Command (PACOM) and Joint Forces Command (JFCOM). During the course of my assignments, I prepared limited objective experiments to devise course-of-action strategies for peacekeeping, counter-insurgency, security, and political-economic stability campaigns in the Republic of Chad, Afghanistan, Baghdad, and the SE Asian Tri-Border region. Through close collaboration with intelligence analysts, diplomats, and military leadership, the COMPOEX program produced actionable economic and political forecasts to augment ongoing US peacekeeping operations.
