With over 18 years of experience as an entitlement consultant, I help clients achieve their real estate development goals by providing due diligence, project management, and expediting services. I work with architects, engineers, environmental consultants, and specialty consultants to prepare and process all the necessary approvals and permits from various governmental and municipal agencies.My background as a registered civil engineer, a former city employee, and a holder of MPA, MBA, and BSCE degrees gives me a unique insight into the land use, planning, and construction permit and approval processes.
