Having been in the staffing game for almost 25 years, I’ve been on both the corporate and the agency side and I’ve learned that “most people don’t know what they're are doing". For some unknown reason this type of work tends to attract a lot of unskilled people who only last a year or two, make a sales call, do a key word search, force an interview and then cash the placement fee before the guarantee expires. It’s becoming more and more difficult to find a dedicated individual who has made a career out of recruiting.
