We offer training that is designed for creating common vision for the small group and discipleship ministry. This training is ideal to work with all leaders, small group leaders, or church staff. This training also is a great “kick-off” for new small group leaders to give them some tools for starting a group and beginning a group with vision from the start. We are also working with 3rd world pastors and church leaders, to help create a culture of small group multiplication. Currently served pastors and church leaders in Nicaragua, Honduras, Rwanda, and Uganda. (Pending in Myanmar, Philippines, Belize, and El Salvador). Consulting for Encounter Retreats and Coaching are also available.

We at Samaritan’s Feet believe that a new pair of shoes can be a tangible foundation of hope to a person in need.In this role, I manage the Donor Relations team for grants and also engage corporate sponsors in various platforms. Our corporate partners sponsor community shoe distribution service events both domestically and internationally. We manage the process to provide a turn-key and dynamic employee engagement event.
