I was accountable for the stewardship of the employee experience and company culture, HR operations and recruitment, addressing HR issues and fostering operational capacity through proper onboarding, training, policies and processes in the Clinics. During my time with TFP, I was able to significantly reduce the number of open roles, increasing operations effectiveness and to identify inconsistencies in the payroll and benefit deductions which resulted in cost savings for the Clinics.

As the Sr. HRBP, I was responsible for oversight of the Human Resources Team of 11 to support union and non-unionized employees in seven businesses in nine Ontario, BC and California locations while the Group HR Manager was out of the business structuring and implementing an HCMS for the business.

Post-acquisition of BlueLine Rental, I supported four Vice Presidents and their divisions, including over 600 employees in 60 locations in Canada and the US. At BlueLine, I supported three VP Operations, and their Operations Management team, providing leadership, strategy and coaching to develop their 800 employees in 70 locations in Canada, the US and Puerto Rico. I assisted in the business turnaround that led to the purchase by United Rental.
