I personally have been in residential real estate for the past 26 years, but am a serial entrepreneur. I have failed more often than I have succeeded but learn every time. I have done real estate investing, flipping, and development. I have successfully completed hundreds of transactions and have a unique background in lending, training and title that allow me to come up with creative solutions to difficult problems. I specialize in the San Ramon Valley, but our team covers the entire San Francisco Bay Area.I have also done training for Homebuyers of America, a company that charges people $5,000 to train people to buy investment properties and either flip those properties or keep them for investments.
