- Serve as deputy team lead. - Lead, develop and promote the application of Cash in Emergencies, Forecast based Financing and Green Response in humanitarian work.- Monitor and respond to the emergencies in East Asia and beyond, in close communication with International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement partners.- Coordinate surge capacity for overseas relief and preparedness projects. - Contribute to the policy development and institutional readiness for domestic and overseas emergency response.

- Monitored, analyzed and reported on disaster and emergency situation in Asia, Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Africa regions, in close communication with International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement partners- Managed relief projects from desk and field level (Indonesia, Bangladesh, India and China) in quality assurance in compliance to internal and back donor’s requirements. - Monitored protracted crises of Syria Crisis, South Sudan Crisis, Yemen Crisis, Africa Food Crisis and Myanmar Rakhine Crisis; and manage relevant relief projects with total budget of HKD 14 million or USD 1.8 million from desk level. - Contributed to nine times of HKRC Appeals for overseas emergencies. - Supported system building and knowledge management.

- Coordinate the Thailand Monsoon Flood 2022 DREF operation at the IFRC Country Cluster Delegation, based in Bangkok. - Support the National Society in development of the Plan of Action and Operation Update, in considerations of local capacities and priorities. - Together with the National Society, lead the needs assessment & Cash Voucher Assistance fleasibility check and make operational recommendations. - Identify and connect technical support of PGI, CEA and IM into the operation. - Coordinate the technical obseration of procurement and tendering.

I was deployed as the RDRT in the capacity of Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) for Lombok Earthquake Operation. I have been based at the PMI Provincial Chapter Headquarter in Mataram Lombok from 7 October to 5 November 2018. Together with Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), I supported the operational planning process, preparation of recovery assessment, reporting and data management system.
