Beginning in 1980, Computer science has been my passion. That has led to a career in Information Technology lasting several decades. My understanding of technology, on the deepest, most fundamental level, combined with my passionate belief in team dynamics have guided my pathway through many exciting engagements. Currently an Engineering Manager at LightBox, I am working with a great team to navigate the frontiers of cloud computing, big data, agile development. As a leader in software development, I have worked hard to motivate team members by seeking individual strengths and providing opportunities to contribute meaningfully to our success. Together we explore the possibilities, confront difficult situations, expand our collective wisdom and experience, and continually learn better ways to do things. We avoid compromise and strive to create solutions that are better than any of us could have created independently.
