In January 2015 Alere Inc identified a resource gap in the Telecoms arena – following rapid business change. In taking the role it was my responsibility to quickly build an effective team to meet immediate business requirements. Managed operational project budget of $2.7M to rapidly deploy a replacement Enterprise Avaya core in the new Atlanta datacenter to support the divestiture of Alere Health and the global initiative towards merger readiness. Simultaneously overseeing the implementation of a second Enterprise Core into Europe to support the business’ main European Shared Service Center – Galway and protect international revenue streams.

Designed & implemented a new highly resilient Avaya Core in eScreen’s Olathe KS datacenter (600 end-points) and managing their essential Biscom Fax Service, supporting 800,000 pages per month of vital patient data.
