While pursuing his graduate education, Dr. Owen worked as a Social Psychologist for the VA Hospital in Danville, Illinois. After completing his academic training, he joined Rohrer, Hibler and Replogle as a consultant and corporate psychologist, gaining broad experience in management evaluation and counseling. In 1971, he accepted a staff psychologist position at PRADCO. He consulted for a variety of organizations and industries, as well as governmental and not-for-profit entities. Over the years, Dr. Owen earned a series of promotions and assumed the Presidency of PRADCO in 1981. In 2008, he became Chief Executive Officer.
