This is a $20m replacement of all legacy analogue terminals and infrastructure with new DMR digital trunking technology. Terry's role as Program Manager and Contractor's Representative is to oversee the delivery of this complex project in a tight time frame. The project requires seamless replacement of the existing network with a new DMR Enhanced Radio infrastructure System and radio terminals into rolling stock, track vehicles, road vehicles and hand portables.
