Mr. Yeager is a Managing Director based in the Atlanta Office of Berkeley Research Group (BRG). He has more than twenty years of experience in general contracting, construction management, business management, and has developed highly specialized skills in estimating, scheduling, project management and construction business management. Mr. Yeager has been a construction management consultant for over nineteen years providing construction litigation support and Project Risk Management services including master scheduling; conceptual estimating/budgeting; constructability/bidability review of solicitation and contract documents; earned value and schedule analysis; data collection and integration; progress, performance, and risk analysis; claims analysis; evaluation of project delay; analysis of resources and labour productivity; quantification of damages; and expert testimony on construction projects worldwide. He has provided Project Risk Management consulting services for several projects in western Canada including owners such as Suncor, Agrium, and Spectra Energy and in the US including Toyo Tire NA. His experience, along with his ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex issues, has proven to be an asset to premier owners, contractors and sureties in the US, Canada, South America and the middle East. Relying on his wealth of practical construction experience coupled with his dispute resolution experience, Mr. Yeager provides clients with a unique and valuable perspective that includes best industry practices from contracting experience and lessons learned from dispute resolution experience. He has worked on projects ranging from $5 million to over $3 billion USD in the US, Canada, Peru and the Middle East.
