About Terry Zolinski
I have over 16 years experience in the IT industry. Starting as a Desktop Support Technician and moving my way up to Infrastructure Architect. Primarily designing and maintaining SAN/NAS topologies, Backup and Disaster Recovery and overall process design. Managing more than 50 physical sites with infrastructure is a daunting task, however creating standardized templates for several tiers of infrastructure ensures each site can easily be brought back to production in the event of catastrophic failure.I have experience in both management and technical aspects of the IT industry and truly have a passion to excel. I will not stop until the job is done and have carried this attitude my entire life. I fully dedicate myself to the success of every organization I am a part of and strive for open communication. My passion for success shows in my day to day life, for both work and play.When presented with a challenge I will not stop until I know more than I need to about the subject. It makes the larger picture more clear when I understand the underlying details. I analyze before I act, but I am still agile and able to respond quickly to emergency situations or business concerns. Mitigating disaster and enhancing business resiliency are the most important organizational goals to me and I strive to elevate this functionality wherever possible.After work I really enjoy cooking a good meal. I'd rather cook and watch others enjoy than eat myself. The reward is in their faces. I also spend a lot of time reading articles on the internet, generally relating to my career or for a good laugh. For fun, you will likely find me doing anything outdoors, no matter the season. Golf, snowboarding, biking and camping are just a few of these things. I haven't tried everything so I don't know if I like it or not, but I will never jump out of a perfectly good airplane. Then again, never say never. Also, I love competing in corporate challenge, especially the truck pull.
