NC Network is the biggest factory-search engine in Japan.Over 15,000 factories register to this web-site with detailed information of each factory.During my tenure of this company , I bear 3 roles as progress.First I worked in management division, directed by the founder, I built accounting system of this company.I finished to build an accounting system and transfer to sales division for building sales system.(6 months)Secondly, I transfer to sales division, where we trade manufactured products.We connect prospective SMEs to large companies.After I fixed sales and procurement system there, I bore evaluation task. It was a little hard job.With our allied partners (HONDA ,HITACHI, FUJITSU) I fixed evaluation standard for the factory with my colleague.I studied over 300 factories mainly in Japan, and built up my skills for evaluating the factories.(24 months)Thirdly, I move to the position who in charge of the advertisement strategy for the registered factories.Using evaluation skill of factory, I consulted SMEs how they should present their skill and facilities to large companies in internet.While I visited many factories for evaluation of trading task, I also suggested them how they should behave in the internet. Hayashi Plastics Laboratory was the factory which study the plastic production technologies.It was small but had very cutting edge technologies on the plastic production.First I assigned to the production division, where learned the basic skills about "injection molding techniques".As I accustomed to production I also help making "mold", which I often communicate with the customers.Characteristic point in this company, engineer need to face on the material alloy & composition technique on their day-to-day task.(24 months)Secondly, I assigned to production-control division, where I set up mass-production line.I have learned technique about production control, inspection system, and part-assemble procedure.(12 months)Thirdly, I move to managing position where I make operation-plan of the factory.
