I started my journey in customer service management, where I sharpened my leadership and communication skills. However, my passion for people, coupled with a deep interest in strategic talent management, led me to transition into recruitment. To solidify my expertise, I upskilled through specialized recruitment training and completed a PGDM in HR & Administration, igniting my commitment to helping organizations attract the right talent.For the past 8 years, I have specialized in IT and Non-IT recruitment, successfully managing high-volume hiring for mid to senior leadership roles, as well as niche technical positions such as Cloud & Big Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Owner and other specialized tech roles.
